Welcome to the Moulin de Chibert built in the 13th century. With a capacity of 6 people, it has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated to offer comfort and old stones to its future vacationers. Furnished on three levels, you will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Haven of tranquility and silence, enjoy an outdoor area with garden furniture for the summer and views of La Creuse with private access. Certified Clévacances 3 keys. The space On the ground floor: Equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, hood, coffee machine, toaster), dining room as well as a spacious bedroom with 160x200 bed and large storage cabinet. On the 1st floor: Charming living room with living room and flat-screen TV, bar area and side table. Walk-in shower room, double sink and storage cabinet, independent dry toilet. On the 2nd floor: 2 nice connecting bedrooms with 140 x 200 bed and dressers. In addition, the Moulin de Chibert is located only 15 minutes from the Guéretoise agglomeration. Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning fee to be paid in addition (1 night: 35 euros, 2 to 3 nights: 60 euros, beyond 3 nights: 100 euros). Optional linen (10 euros/traveler) for bed linen and bath linen.
