The space Secluded yet accessible, Raas Villa is just a stone's throw away from several treks & trails and tourist attractions like the Chail Palace & Chail Wildlife Sanctuary! The interiors of the property are quaint and cosy, offering exquisite & comfortable furnishings with a myriad of amenities. To that effect, we provide: - Genset, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch, washing machine - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire, barbeque kit - Bar, indoor games - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious, well-furnished bedrooms - 1 on the lower ground floor, one on the ground and 2 on the first floor. - All 4 bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed, in addition to an extra mattress. - Each of the rooms offer a heater, wardrobe, hangers and a spacious balcony that overlook an exhilarating panorama of the snow clad mountains. - Each of the rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms in this villa. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor of the property. - It is equipped with a heater and can seat up to 11 people at any given time. - The exteriors of this villa boast 2 spacious deck areas - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first along with a terrace that overlooks the breathtaking Chail. - A lush lawn area surrounds the holiday home, with seating arrangements for up to 15 guests. - The dining area is part of the ground floor deck area and can seat up to 6 people at once. - Guests can light up a bonfire by the deck, and enjoy their night to the fullest! KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided on request, at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 1 male/female staff member for no additional charge. Meals will be charged at an additional cost. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a peaceful walk or play indoor games available at the property. With every tourist attraction just a short drive away, this is the perfect place for a fun-filled trip with your family & friends. Guests can walk the trail to the waterfalls nearby or head to the Chail Maharaja Palace and embrace its history. A hearty barbeque can be laid out for guests to relish or snuggle up by the cosy bonfire. ADD-ON SERVICES - Bonfire can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. - Barbeque kit/grill can be availed at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per kit. - Guests can use the washing machine at no additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that the location of this villa is secluded. - The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. - Unmarried couples under the age of 27 will not be allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the Genset can support all the lights and fans for up to 6 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
