If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful space for your next trip then look no further than our beautiful studio flat in the coastal suburb of Mindarie. Situated in the perfect location for you to enjoy all that Mindarie has to offer. We are only a short 10 min stroll to the world class Mindarie Marina, which hosts some lovely places for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or if it’s a cold beer you’re after head to the Indi brewery or the Cabana bar for a cocktail or two by the pool. The space This is a newly built one bed studio with kitchenette and a beautiful shower room, it is attached to the main house but with own private access, with private driveway for 2 cars or maybe for your boat, as the Mindarie Marina has its own boat ramp. Guest access Guests can use the laneway to the studio flat for barbecuing and dining, if you are a smoker there will be an ashtray available on the table for you to use. You may also use the washline. Other things to note The windows in the studio flat have been frosted for the privacy of both parties, as the windows look out to our pool, and the windows of our house are rather large.
