For everyone's safety, we also verify the identity of all guests over the age of 18 by requiring a valid government-issued ID (driver's license or passport), a quick selfie to be uploaded, credit check, and background check. There is an application fee. This helps us ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Please note that reservations are confirmed only after successful completion. Guest application and signing of lease must be done 45 days prior to the check in date or if booked less than 45 days prior to procedure it must be done within 5 days after booking. If there are any issues, we'll be sure to let you know right away. 2. Check in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is anytime before 11 am. You are welcome to request an early check in or late checkout.
