This newly built (2018) home offers a uniquely styled 3 BD, 3 BA home and can sleep up to 10. It offers all of the amenities of home (free wifi, Alexa, technology charging station, Netflix, Disney+) and including a washer and dryer, fire pit, dock, large deck, fully equipped kitchen and so much more! The space The property has an open floor concept on the main floor where the kitchen and master bedroom are located. Access to the deck is also on the mainfloor. The bottom floor has a bunkroom, a queen bedroom, living room, wet bar, and bathroom. There is also direct access to the backyard from the bottom floor. When you walk out, you are land on the patio which then has steps down to the firepit area and further steps take you straight to the dock. The backyard is a tiered retaining wall that leads immediately to the water. We have life jackets, a lily pad, paddle boards, and kayaks available.
