Welcome to our newly renovated home overlooking Barker Reservoir, 1 mile from downtown Nederland, 6 miles from Eldora ski resort. The charming town of Nederland is a magical place for people of all walks of life to enjoy the great outdoors, lovely dining and shopping options, incredible views of the Rocky Mountains, and immerse in a loving community of quirky mountain folk. Natures playground is at your doorstep! 31 night minimum rental. The space Our 4 bed, 3.5 bath home has been completely renovated over the recent years and we are very proud of the outcome! The goal was a classic mix of mountain contemporary and modern, with luxury amenities. We think we knocked it out of the park! Our sprawling Primary Suite has a King bed, sitting area, plus an incredible bathroom- with his&her sinks, a deep soaking tub with waterfront views, and an open/ oversized shower. Two additional bedrooms are on the upper level, one King suite and one Queen suite, both with ample closet storage, accompanied by a full bath and hallway linen storage. Our family room has enough comfy space for the whole crew to enjoy a movie together, relax after a long day of skiing/snowboarding, and is open to our spacious dining room and chefs kitchen. The immaculate chefs kitchen has a dreamy amount of space to cook an entire feast for your friends and family. Our basement level hosts another full bathroom, double bedroom, and secondary living room area with TV for comfy relaxing time, and walk out basement door. Guest access Guests have rented the entire house with the exception of two locked closest that contain homeowner's personal belongings and housekeeping items. Please do not attempt to open any locked closets. Other things to note Our home is in a private location, with few visible neighbors, on a quiet street. The town of Nederland is visible from the front of the property, just beyond Barker Reservoir. Barker Reservoir is not for boating, swimming, kayaking. The public is welcome to fish the reservoir with a Colorado fishing license. Please do not attempt to try to hike down to the reservoir from the house, as the grade is very steep and can be dangerous to climb up or down. Access to the reservoir is suggested through town, at the general parking area for the Reservoir.
