Mini house by the lake

A unique mini-house (built 2024) right by the mountains, lake and beach. First floor with bedroom with double bed, kitchenette with necessary equipment, dining area and bathroom with heating cables. Attic floor (NB: Steep stairs and low under the ceiling) with bedroom and living room with stunning views of the Vesteråls and Lofoten mountains. Terrace with outdoor furniture and fire pit. A new house with an old soul – from locally made glass washbasin in the bathroom, repainted furniture and personal inheritance. The space Ground floor: Hallway with wardrobe for outerwear and more. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and storage space for clothes (hangers and shelves). Bathroom with heating cables in the floor, toilet, shower and shelves for toiletries. Kitchen/living room with small sofa and dining table with four seats. Kitchen counter, stove with four hotplates, extractor fan, small oven, small fridge and sink. Plates, glasses and cups, cutlery, pots, frying pan, dishes and bowls etc. for cooking. Second floor: Steep stairs up to the attic. Small living room with two armchairs and tables. Bedroom with double bed (150 cm x 200), bedside table and hooks. Good floor space, but low under the roof. Terrace along three of the cabin walls. Fixed bench, two armchairs (cushions available under bed on the ground floor), small table and fire pit. Guest access Guests can use the entire area. The mini house has the same driveway as the main house, which is also rented out. Both the main house and the mini house are also used privately. Other things to note A beautiful coral sand is located only about 100 meters from the mini-house. This is publicly available and can be freely visited.
