The Japanese-style main house has four spaces, two spaces for boys and girls, a living room and bathroom, and the owner's bicycle workspace on the right side of the entrance. The rooms are open beds, which can be provided for backpackers traveling alone, bike pakcer traveling by bike; it can also be provided for a group of friends to stay together. Sunrise Bike is a B&B, so the Host sometimes appears in the B&B, please understand. The space - Two shared Japanese-style bathrooms, - Separate male and female spaces, female spaces can be locked. - Backpack beds only, open beds. - There is a cozy living room, the bar counter is only for relaxing and dining, cooking is not allowed in the house. Guest access 1. Rooms, living room, bathroom and bathroom are free to use. Bicycle repair tools may only be used with permission. 2. There is a "dusting area" at the rear. When you are covered in dust and wet, please go to the dusting area to wash and tidy up first. 3. Please put in the amount for the drinks in the fridge. Other things to note ▌Accommodation Information ▌ 1. Breakfast vouchers will be provided upon check-in, which can be used at "Laya Burger on Sixth Lane, Huangpu New Village" and "Scary Breakfast on Ruizhu Road". 2. Definition of accommodation weekdays: Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday), holidays (Friday, Saturday, national holidays and flexible holidays and the day before). 3. Space rental weekdays and holidays definition: Weekdays (Monday to Friday), Holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays and Flexible Holidays). 4. Room price adjustments during the Lunar New Year are subject to the actual announcement. 5. Children over 7 years old are charged as adults. 6. For the comfort of the accommodation and the quality of service, please check in according to the "number of guests", we cannot provide "extra guests", if you check in with extra guests without informing us, the B&B has the right to refuse check-in. 7. After a successful booking on the official website, you will receive booking information from the system. If you do not receive it, you can contact the housekeeper to confirm whether the booking is successful. ▌Check-in and check-out ▌ 1. In accordance with Article 28 of the Taiwan Homestay Management Regulations, guests are required to register their accommodation information at check-in. Please be sure to bring your national ID or passport to register for check-in. 2. Check-in time is 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm (not available at all times, please contact us first to arrange a time, if we cannot be contacted after 9:00 pm, it will be considered a cancellation). 3. Check-out time is before 11:00 am on the day after check-in. 4. To reduce waiting time for each other, please estimate and inform your expected arrival time as much as possible so that the housekeeper can receive you immediately when you arrive at the hotel! 5. Due to limited manpower, early check-in or late check-out is not possible. Please inform us in advance if you need to drop off your luggage (check-in time is after 11:00, check-out until 15:00). 6. Please check in according to the number of guests in the room type. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the room type, an additional charge of NT$500 per person per night will be charged. If the height exceeds 115 cm or the age is over seven years old, it will be deemed as occupying a bed and a fee will be charged. Extra beds are required to be booked in advance and no temporary extra people or extra beds are available on the day of stay. 7. If you want to bring pets, please inform the housekeeper before booking and read the relevant regulations. If you bring pets without consent, the housekeeper has the right to refuse check-in. 8. No check-out procedures are required, please turn off all power and check all luggage to avoid leaving anything behind. ▌Accommodation Convention ▌ Welcome to our B&B, a cultural asset of Taiwan and a large wooden historical building. Some of the amenities are not as good as modern houses. To ensure that guests are happy during their stay, please pay attention to the following and cooperate with us: 1. This is a pet-friendly, bicycle-themed B&B. Please let us know if you need to bring your furry friends. We reserve the right to refuse check-in for those who bring pets without informing us. 2. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, where you can wash and dry your clothes after cycling around the island or mountain biking, and you can easily wash your bike. 3. Indoor areas are "no smoking", "no barbecue or cooking with fire" (indoor including Japanese-style house space). 4. Do not bring any dangerous or prohibited items into the premises; drugs, alcohol, gambling, and any behavior that violates the norms of social good manners are strictly prohibited. 5. Do not use your own high-power electrical appliances to avoid power surges. 6. The environment of the village is rich in nature and ecology. If there is food and beverage garbage, please throw it into the large garbage can with a lid outside, do not place it indoors to avoid attracting small insects and small animals. 7. The pipes in the village are old, so please do not flush anything other than excrement (including toilet paper) down the toilet to avoid blockage. 8. When you go out for a long time, please turn off the air conditioner and lights in the room and close the door to ensure the safety of your personal belongings. 9. If you are staying in a private building, visitors will not be allowed; except for the housekeeper, who still has the right to use the common space to maintain the environment of the B&B. 10. Please understand that the old house has poor sound insulation; to avoid disturbing the neighbors and other guests, please lower the volume between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. 11. Please take care of all supplies and equipment, and pay the price for any damage. If you like any furniture, supplies, or related bicycle products in the guesthouse, you can ask the housekeeper. 12. Please keep the door key safe when you go out. A handling fee of NT$500 will be charged for loss. ▌ Accommodation Information ▌ 1. Disposable personal cleaning supplies are not provided in the B&B, please remember to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush and towels! (Body wash, hair dryer are provided) 2. If you stay for more than one day, we will not enter the room to clean during your stay to respect the privacy of the guest. If you need housekeeping, replenishing toilet paper or changing bed sheets, etc., please inform the housekeeper. 3. Please take off your shoes when you enter the main house and the room; please do not wear indoor slippers outside. 4. Guests over 170cm tall, please mind your head when crossing the door frame, please understand the original layout of the old house 5. The main house is a nearly 100-year-old Japanese-style building, and it is normal for the floor to have a slight noise when walking. 6. If children are accompanying you, please pay attention to the safety of the children at all times to avoid chasing, running, jumping, and bumping to prevent accidents. 7. The environment of the village is rich in nature and ecology; it is inevitable that there are many mosquitoes. Mosquito coils, mosquito lights, electric mosquito coils, electric mosquito swatters, mosquito repellent and other measures are provided during the stay, and you are welcome to make good use of them. ▌Payment and Cancellation of Reservations ▌ ．Payment 1. To ensure your booking is valid, you'll need to complete the full prepayment to reserve the specified date and room type. 2. If payment is not completed within the deadline, the official website system will automatically cancel the order and release the room type without further notice. 3. If you are unable to complete the payment within the deadline for any reason, please be sure to contact us first. 4. After the official website booking is completed, the system will send a successful booking email. · Cancel the reservation ．Refund: 1. Cancellation 3 days before check-in; full refund. 2. Cancellation 2 days before check-in; 50% refund. 3. Cancellation 1 day before check-in; 30% refund. 4. Cancellation or no-show on check-in day; no refund or extension. 5. Refund of the $30 remittance fee for cancellation will be paid by the occupant. 6. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, earthquakes, large-scale epidemics, etc. (subject to the promulgation of the local county and city government), the cancellation may be postponed or processed. For those who cancel the reservation, the balance will be refunded after deducting the bank remittance fee of NT$30. ．Extension: 1. The amount paid can be reserved as a discount for re-booking within three months, with a maximum of one extension. 2. If you confirm the extension and do not book again within three months, you will be deemed to have waived your rights and no further postponement or cancellation of the refund will be accepted.
