The headrace, river and pond are accessible from the outdoor grounds on nearly one hectare. The large entrance is equipped with coat racks overlooking the illuminated mechanism of the mill. The pool table is available as well as multiple board games. The floor is composed of 4 large bedrooms (bed linen provided) on 2 wings each equipped with a bathroom. A TV and library area is available on the mezzanine. The different arrangements allow everyone to find their own space for an unforgettable stay (dormitory for 6, master bedroom with cot, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a family room with double bed and single beds). The spacious and warm main room of 70 m2 hosts the living room and the equipped kitchen. The outdoor terrace overlooks the bief (stream) with views of the river and pond. The mill is located 2 km from the village of Graçay, you will find all the amenities you need for your stay (see paper guide available on site and on request). The village is lively and very friendly for walking! Lovers of nature, walking, cycling, the mill is at the start of many marked trails. Detail for some and advantage for others: there is no telephone network on site (accessible at 100 m), there is of course an internet box with fiber and WIFI.
