Secluded Oregon Coast Beauty
Secluded 3-bedroom beach house in charming Arch Cape & Falcon Cove.
Description
Spend the summer months relaxing on the north Oregon Coast. This new home was built in 2020 and is situated in a hidden (and secret) cove that lies between Cannon Beach and Manzanita. This sustainably designed home is adjacent to Oswald West State Park; surrounded by pristine forest views. Enjoy a temperate climate and semi-private beach. Relax to the sounds of the ocean, the bird chorus, hiking on the beach, foraging for culinary mushrooms, and end your day with a sauna & cold plunge! The space Our home, built in 2020, was designed following European sustainable building guidelines. All material was carefully sourced to enhance the home’s energy efficiency and minimize its environmental impact. Given our location next to a state park and near the ocean, we’ve made it a priority to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living spaces. The front deck, with its comfortable outdoor furniture, provides a perfect space to relax and enjoy the views. We’ve also created an outdoor cooking area over an open fire, as well as an outdoor shower that offers pristine forest views, all of which help foster the connection between the indoors and nature. Inside, the main floor features two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs, the loft is an expansive, open sleeping area with two twin beds and one full-sized bed. Both floors include a full bathroom. The upstairs bathroom boasts a large bathtub and a unique handmade ceramic sink (by the owner), set atop a driftwood vanity that was personally harvested from Falcon Cove Beach—adding a local, organic touch to the space. To enhance your relaxation, we’ve added an electric sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor shower—creating a spa-like atmosphere. The kitchen, well-equipped for long-term stays, serves as the heart of the home, ideal for cooking and gathering. During winter stays, the warmth of the wood stove ensures a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Guest access The entire home is available for guest access. The lock box instructions will be sent 1-2 days before your visit for self check-in. The wood shop tools and art studio is not available to guests due to safety reasons--unless previously arranged by the owner. Other things to note Two minute walk to the beach, best accessed at low tide.
