Clean, modern, upstairs apartment right in the middle of Historic Downtown Carbondale just off "The Strip" within close walking distance of local restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, train station and SIU Campus. 2 Bed, 1 Bath, full kitchen, walk-in shower, WiFi, BBQ grill, free parking. Enjoy a stylish urban experience at this centrally-located place. The space We are a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, upstairs apartment with a full kitchen well appointed with cooking and baking dishes plus plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and utensils. It's an open concept kitchen with an island that joins with the living room for optimal socialization. We have a decent sized TV with roku and wifi plus a usb outlet to charge your devices on the island in the kitchen. There is a walk-in shower and clean towels provided plus extra towels located in the closets of each of the bedrooms along with extra blankets. There is AC/Heating throughout the entire apartment and all the ceiling fans have remotes located on the walls by the light switches. We also have a gas grill out on the porch for your use. Please make sure you keep the grill covered when not in use. Please note that we are an upstairs apartment and we DO NOT have an elevator. There is one designated parking spot for the airbnb but feel free to park in other available spots in the parking lot if necessary. Guest access The entire upstairs apartment is available to you. You also have the front patio available to grill and cook food. The parking lot has one designated parking space for the airbnb but you are welcome to use any other available spaces except the one space on the east end of the building as that is reserved for the downstairs tenant.
