Water, water, water, lots of greenery, great large terraces and walkways. The former fisherman's house is located on the outskirts of Flecken Zechlin, surrounded by large forests and countless lakes. The bright character of the house and the wild romantic garden invite you to (quiet) activities of all kinds. The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin. The space The accommodation is excellent for retreats, workshops, etc. up to 14 people. Additional small kitchenette in the studio area. Other things to note The individual bedrooms (8) are largely equipped with single beds to ensure a modular composition. The house has been extensively renovated with a lot of love for detail. The focus was more on optical features and not on possible safety aspects for stairs, balconies and gallery railings. Therefore, we always ask you to be careful when walking on the individual areas. The property is therefore not suitable for the stay of small children.
