Easy Breezy Beach Bungalow

PLEASE FOR AVAILABILITY This is PRIVATE vacation rental is a 1/2 block from the beach. Includes 2 bedrooms (on with a queen bed and the second with two twins) and a full bath. Each room has a smart TV and the "twin room" includes an Xbox, Playstation 4, Wii U, etc. The best part is the 3rd floor deck! This 450 sq ft deck with a beautiful ocean view has a large umbrella, seating, ocean view bar, and lounge chairs. Amenities include fridge, microwave. Pet friendly (request). There is NO kitchen. The space The front half of this property is occupied by the owner and the back half is completely separate and private- all yours during your visit! Upon coming in your private entry, you will go up to the 2nd floor where you will find two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom includes a queen bed, closet, dresser, smart TV, mini fridge (with small freezer area), microwave, and coffee maker. There is an additional mattress/frame and pack-n-play in the closet. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a large desk, smart TV with stand full of video games. THERE IS NO KITCHEN- but there is a very small refrigerator/freezer and microwave Head up the stairs to the top floor to enjoy a beautiful view of the Pacific! This 420 square foot deck that with an ocean view is THE place to enjoy the waves and ocean breeze! Cooler (another one for upstairs!) Beach and bath towels and bedding are provided. All you have to do is show up! ;-) The space is 3 houses from the beach and only a 1/2 mile from dog beach, so if you do bring a furry friend, you will have a great time! NOTE: There is a dog on the premises (a small adorable maltipoo) but he will not be in your area AT ALL. I am sorry to say that you will likely not even get to see his cute little face... your area is completely private!!! Beach chairs, a cooler, radio flyer wagon, scooters, etc. are provided for your enjoyment! NOTE: There is a shower outside (on the same side of the house that you entered) for rinsing things off. Guest access The entrance to the rental unit is in the back of the house. Parking for ONE vehicle is parallel to the garage (plenty of street parking available most of the time) and the entrance is on the right side when looking at the garage. Other things to note This is NOT a party house at all. This is a low-key rental in a beach neighborhood in which the neighbors get up and work in the morning! I am a stickler for the rules- with noise being the biggest issue. The upper deck should be vacated by 10pm and NO parties or extra guests allowed. Registration Details STR-2021-0010
