Casita Sheridan - Grand Park, Winter Pricing

You’ll find our Casita to be private, clean, and a value focused lodging option. Ten minutes to the Grand Park events center and convenient to venues in Westfield, Carmel, Noblesville and Kokomo. About this space Our Casita is a half of a detached garage on a four acre property south of the town of Sheridan. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and a futon, a living room with two futons, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. View cornfields and farm animals from your living room window! The space This is a no smoking property, inside the casita and outside. Extra charges will result if guests smoke in the Casita. You can park a few steps from the Casita private entrance. The driveway and flag circle is over 150’ long, so parking is readily available. Please park near the front of the Casita. Do not park in front of the garage. You may hear the garage door operate and a vehicle enter or exit. Your host will not do this early or late. There are no shared spaces. Your hosts live in a different house on the four-acre property. Mowing may occur during your stay, but again not early or late. The queen bed will made up with clean linens. An extra set is available in the bathroom storage closet. Bedding for the futons is in this same closet. The futons are short, about 60’ length. A longer bed can be made up by setting the two living room futons in a 90 degree head to head configuration. Please be careful when moving the futons as they can impact the wall baseboard heaters. Likewise the same when moving end tables and lamps. There is a bedroom storage closet that is locked and not for guest use. Another locked door adjacent to the living room TV is not for guest use. Guest access The Casita is your home while you stay here. Please treat it as you would your own. There are no shared spaces or access points. You are welcome to walk any portion of the four acre property. There are no longer any live stock here, but our neighbors on the east side have cattle, one horse, one donkey, goats and many chickens to view. Other things to note Our property is not in the town of Sheridan, but as described elsewhere in our posting, about two miles south of the town. A car is needed to go to shopping, food, gas stations, and the sports and entertainment venues that most guests are here for.
