This is to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone. 3. No Parties or Events – Please respect the space and keep noise to a minimum. 4. Visitor Policy - Additional guests who accompany you to drop you off at the premises are not allowed to stay. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. 5. Quiet Hours – Please maintain quiet after 10 PM to respect neighbors. 6. Check-in/Check-out – Check-in is after 3pm and check-out before 12pm. 7. Always lock the main door when leaving the home, please inform the host in advance about your expected return time. 8. Security Cameras – For security purposes, there are cameras outside and at the entrance & living hallway. 9. Kitchen Use - Kitchen access is limited to light cooking, heating food in the microwave, refrigerating your items and dining. 10. A clean house policy — please wash and clean all utensils, dishes, and kitchenware after use. 11. Products including vapors, vapor pens, etc. cannot be used inside the home. No weapon or other drugs allowed. 12. Respect the Property – Please be respectful of the house rules and treat the home with care, keeping shared spaces clean and report any damage immediately. 13. Stay Plans - If you have any changes to your plans or additional needs during your stay, kindly inform the host in advance to ensure smooth coordination. Other things to note Please keep the time of arrival approximate to make your welcome smooth, and keep the car parked in the driveway on the right side so we can take our vehicles on the left.
