This home is for medium-term stays of 31+ days, perfect for traveling professionals, temporary relocations or just exploring the Poconos area. Located minutes from Route 80, downtown East Stroudsburg, hospitals, and ESU. The space We've fully renovated and upgraded this space for our family members' part time use, and we can't wait to share it with you! Each room is beautifully designed and all the furnishings have been specially chosen for comfort and quality! KITCHEN: Our favorite room is the large kitchen with soft-close cabinets, beautiful countertops mixing black granite and white quartz, and stainless steel appliances including a propane range. A large kitchen island has bar stools for sitting, and a coffee nook features everything you need to prepare coffee or tea on the go. Fully stocked for cooking and eating. LIVING / DINING ROOM: The living / dining room has a huge wooden kitchen table (seats 8), and a cozy sitting area with a comfortable couch, chairs, and a smart TV. Refinished original oak hardwood floors throughout. BEDROOM 1: The main bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed with all new linens and comforters, bedside tables, and a closet for storage. BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom across the hall features a queen-sized bed and set up as a home office with a work desk and additional storage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has been fully upgraded with tile throughout, a large 48-inch marble vanity, gold-toned fixtures and a large tub with a rainfall shower-head. LAUNDRY: A hidden closet off the kitchen has an LG laundry station with a new washer/dryer for convenient in-unit laundry. A high-efficiency central HVAC system will keep you comfy winter or summer. OUTDOOR SPACE: In the back of the home, you'll find a large private deck to sit overlooking a flat, grassy backyard. From the front stoop and windows, you can catch a view of the beautiful Delaware Water Gap through the trees. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: This home is located on a quiet dead-end road in a residential area of East Stroudsburg. You'll be 2 minutes to Route 80, and 5 minutes to the East Stroudsburg medical district/LVHN Pocono hospital, and East Stroudsburg University. Downtown East Stroudsburg and Stroudsburg's Main Street, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and activities, are less than 7 minutes away. East Stroudsburg/Stroudsburg is the most central and convenient location in the Poconos, with easy access to all the area's activities including skiing (Camelback, Shawnee mountains), wineries, hiking (Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area), and more. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the basement/garage space. The paved driveway and lawn are both available for guests' use. Other things to note This home is perfect for 1-6 month stays for travelling professionals, temporary relocations, or just getting to know the beautiful Poconos area. Our family uses this home for our relatives during part of the year, so please confirm your requested dates with us for longer stays. Wifi is not included in the rent, if you want us to enable wifi in the home, please reach out at least 1 week before your stay.
