The space Please note there is a limit of 8 guests allowed per stay, with a maximum of 6 adults. This is because the top bunk beds are not rated for adults (only children). This welcoming 3 bed/3 bath home has an open-concept kitchen/living room/dining room, to allow your group to gather comfortably throughout your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, etc. and provides plenty of storage for you to settle in while you’re on vacation. The bar seats up to 3 people, and the dining table seats 6 people comfortably. The living room offers an oversized couch and love seat, with a flatscreen TV with streaming service. There are two bedrooms on the first floor – one is an oversized bunk room with a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a twin over full bunkbed, and the other has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom (opens to both the bedroom and main hallway). Upstairs is the master suite, with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. An open loft overlooks the living room, with additional seating, a foosball table and a workstation. Finally, there is a hot tub room at the end of the first-floor hallway, to help you relax and soothe those muscles after long days on the slopes or hiking trails. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use. All bed linens and towels are provided, and you are welcome to use any personal toiletries in the bathrooms. This home is located in Newry, Maine, just 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort and Bethel, Maine, and 10 minutes to Grafton Notch State Park.
