Room in Chicauma

We welcome our guests with respect, as we would like to be welcomed when we travel. A quiet, comfortable atmosphere with order and cleanliness. We offer additional services in transportation and specialty in homemade food. We have dogs at home, they welcome visitors but they have their routine so that they do not interfere with our visitors. You can enjoy the pool at home in the afternoon and/or go for a walk in the condominium through green areas and the lagoon. The space House in condominium with access control, next to Route 5 North, kilometer 17, Lampa; with trails, sports stations, ornamental lagoon, ideal to enjoy tranquility, after a long day of work or tiring shopping. The house has a space of 92m2 and has 2 rooms: 6.30 m2 and 7.30 m2. We are located 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from major brand clothing outlets, 3 minutes from pharmacy, warehouses, restobar and sports courts, 21 minutes from Vitacura bicentennial park; with shopping centers and diverse cuisine, 12 minutes from the metro line. Also access to the condo's private bus to take you to nearby metro lines. We also offer transportation service to and from the airport or wherever you need it and also service of delicious preparations for your dinners or breakfasts. Guest access It has two bedrooms; the first has an area of 6.30 m2, the second of 7.30 m2, located on the second floor. Each room is set up for two guests: with a built-in closet, a bed plus a trundle bed, good lighting. In the hallway, a private bathroom plus shared access, such as: living - dining room, terrace with pool - grill, kitchen and parking. You can use kitchen utensils, preferably cook until 11:00 pm. If you want to watch TV in the living room, be close to our dogs on the terrace, listen to music, swim, talk, we will be happy to know your interests in the city or what you need during your stay. You'll find clean towels and bedding. Important, respect to maintain and leave the common places as you find them. During your stay Regardless of the language, we will be willing to communicate to help you solve transportation, food, and places you want to visit. Ideal for people who have to attend events for study, work or tourists who are looking for home spaces despite being away from home, who want to get to know new places, people who are practical when traveling but who are looking for security in their stay and people who travel a lot and like shared accommodation. Other things to note Upon arrival, you will be announced at the front desk and the host or a person in charge will be waiting for you at the house. There are no check-in and check-out times after you have your keys. For now, we do not have access and equipment for people with disabilities, and the spaces are not adapted for babies and young children.
