River Cottage @ Mannum

We decided to share our lovely lower level 2 bedroom 100yo river cottage .. it has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. It has minimum furnishings and pantry items.. it is located on the ground floor but is separate from the upper level completely and has 1 carport parking space.... there is a fantastic river and hills view from the front 2 rooms plus the verandah out the front.. The cottage is a 4 min walk to the river reserve, boat ramp and main street with its lovely Historic Hotels & boutique shops Guest access Guests have access to the cottage, carport and front yard Other things to note There are towels in cupboard near bathroom and spare cleaning products and toilet paper in cupboard below microwave. There is also a nice smelling air freshener plugged into power point next to microwave, you can turn on if you want but remember to turn of when you leave. thanks. The tap water is good quality SA Water which is perfectly fine to drink, or alternatively there is a filtered water fountain at the reserve boat ramp and playground where you can fill as many bottles as you like.
