Refurbished Victorian house

Each room boasts original features, high ceilings and original sash windows. Enjoy easy access to the best of Colchester—just a short stroll to vibrant cafes, delightful shops, and historical landmarks like the Colchester Castle. The space Our Victorian home consists of two floors with the ground floor comprising entrance hall, cloakroom with wc, lounge and kitchen diner with utility and back door leading to a gravel garden. Stairs lead to the first floor with a spacious landing and bathroom with shower (no bath). There are three bedrooms, one with a 5’ bed, one with a 4’6” bed and leading off of this room is a smaller bedroom with a 2’6” wide bed. All bedrooms have blackout lined and interlined curtains or blinds. Each bed has a mattress protector, luxurious topper and 100% white cotton bed linen. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire house and small garden however there is direct access to the road so young children would need supervision Other things to note Guests are minutes away from town or can catch a bus just outside the property.
