The Studio itself is fully equipped with all essentials and has everything needed to cook your own meals or why not rustle up a delightful snack on the gas BBQ and dine alfresco. The garden area is south facing and has two bistro sets, two sun loungers, an outside cold shower, hot tub and a sauna. A quiet calming space for relaxing in. Towels and dressing gowns are provided for the sauna and hot tub. The Living Area includes a Breakfast Bar and a sofa for watching TV with Netflix included. The Bathroom has an overhead shower. The Bedroom has a double bed, side table and a single wardrobe. Next door, the Garden Room can be used to, wine in hand, relax reading a book, play a board game or do a jigsaw. Alternatively this space can be used to store luggage, cycles, golf equipment, skis or for drying laundry. After spending the day exploring the area it is an extra bonus to be able to come back and lounge in the Hot Tub taking in the beautiful red skies over Westmuir Wood. The hot tub is a small hydro spa with two loungers and one seat. It would not be unusual to spot birds of prey overhead hunting for prey, especially red kites. Red squirrels and deer are often spotted in the nearby award winning Westmuir Woodland Park. Keen walkers will find they can walk straight from the Studio following the Kirriemuir Walks Path Network into Kirriemuir via scenic tracks. The property is the perfect spot to base yourself for hiking in the amazing Angus glens plus visiting the various attractions, castles and beaches Angus has to offer.
