Casa Sebastian, just a few steps from the beach

Casa Sebastian is located in Vietri sul Mare in the hamlet of Marina, just a few steps from the beach and the promenade. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, an open-plan kitchen/living room with a sofa bed, a large terrace overlooking the sea, a view of the village of Raito and part of the beach. The house has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort, there is air conditioning in every room The space Casa Sebastian is a very bright apartment, located in a beautiful period building in the hamlet of Marina di Vietri, a stone's throw from the beach and the promenade. The palace is in a strategic area for both the beach and downtown Vietri. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes, downtown in 10 minutes. The location is great, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, a bakery/grocery is around the corner. In the hamlet of Marina there are numerous bars and restaurants, as well as some grocery stores. In the center are the Vietnamese ceramics shops, the ceramic factories, the bus stop for Salerno and the other villages of the Amalfi Coast. Downtown there is a minibus from Marina for those who do not want to walk. From the center you get to the train station with an elevator. By train you can reach Salerno, Naples, Pompeii and Herculaneum. During the summer season you can reach Salerno and several towns on the Amalfi Coast (Cetara, Minori, Maiori, Amalfi, Positano) and Capri directly from Marina di Vietri by ferry. The pier is just a 5-minute walk from our house. Guest access Casa Sebastian has just been renovated, it has 2 double bedrooms (if necessary, each double bed can be separated into two single beds), in one of the two rooms there is a sofa bed that can be opened for a third person. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower, a large kitchen/living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a large terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and sun loungers. A cot is available upon request. Other things to note prices include linen and towels, water, electricity, gas and WIFI Air conditioning (hot and cold) is not included 5 euros/day for each item. In the house there are 3 elements (in each bedroom and in the living room/kitchen. You can choose how many things to activate.
