3 Lily Cottages is a cosy two bedroom home with gorgeous original stone walls throughout, a log burner and a big sunny garden with a BBQ. Fully fitted kitchen complete with induction hob, dishwasher and fridge with ice box. Upstairs there's king size bedroom overlooking the garden plus a loft room with a double bed. The bathroom has a deep, roll top bath with a shower. The space The cottage sits in a wonderful location within Devon's South Hams - part of the South Devon National Landscape (formerly AONB) - with beautiful coast walks and beaches nearby (the nearest only 5 mins drive away). The village has a great pub, serving some of the best food in the area, and a local shop / post office, a 5 min & 3 min walk, respectively. There's a local butcher & deli a few mins drive towards the attractive and well-provisioned market town of Kingsbridge, which is 10 mins away.
