The kitchen and living room are common spaces, so please feel free to use them. In addition, the accommodation system supports both whole house rentals and room rentals. ◼︎ For room rentals, the common areas of the kitchen, living room, and the room you booked will be available. The price is 5,000 yen per room. ◼︎ Gypsea house has a dedicated helper, and you can request laundry for 50,000 IDR per load by putting it in the laundry basket at the entrance and leaving it outside. ◼ Booking a rental bike To reserve a rental bike, please send us a message with the number of people and the number of days you will be using it after you have booked your accommodation. We rent it for 500 yen per day. ◼︎ Parking space There is space for 4 cars and 20 motorcycles. Guest access ◼ For private rentals All areas are available for your use. ◼ For room rentals The number of rooms you booked, the living room, kitchen, toilet, shower room, and courtyard are available for use. Other things to note ◼ The power supply for the hot water shower is connected to the electricity in the shower room, so if you want to use the hot water shower, please leave the electricity in the shower room on for about 15 minutes. ◼︎ Check-in after the check-in time will be charged 50,000 IDR for each hour of delay. Please pay the late fee directly to the staff. ◼ For guests who come by motorbike, etc., please lock and store the motorbike at night just in case ◼ If you lose the key to the building or room, you will be charged IDR 200,000. ◼ In addition, if any of the fixtures, fittings, etc. in the building are lost or damaged, we will charge you separately according to the amount of damage.
