We like to think of "La tana dei Ricci" as a green corner outside the chaos of the city, where guests can relax, as well as stay overnight: whether it is a cup of tea near the fire, or a little time spent in the garden in the company of our dogs Marta and Piuma, or sunbathing with the chirping of birds in the background, you will always find our maximum availability and care. The space The house is spread across two levels. On the ground floor: large living room (sofa, smart TV, pellet stove); kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher and everything you need; double bedroom with sliding door wardrobe; bathroom with bathtub (in which unfortunately at the moment it is only possible to take a shower) and complete with hairdryer and towels. The mezzanine, on the other hand, has a French queen-size bed (comfortable for two people) and a single bed. We also provide a porch with a BBQ and a large garden with children's games. In every room of the house you will find everything you need and if something is still missing, you can easily knock on the next door! The tranquility and silence of the area is a plus, if you think that the accommodation is 20 minutes from the center of Rome and only 5 minutes from the highway toll booth. Places of interest in the surrounding area: - Historic center of Fiano Romano, with a charming castle - shopping center with cinema - "Locus Feroniae" archaeological area - Tevere Farfa nature reserve, which offers beautiful paths along the river - various accesses to the Veio Park or other green and unspoiled areas of the surrounding hills - various picturesque villages (including Capena, 8 minutes by car and Calcata, 30 minutes) - Lake Bracciano and its villages (40 min) N.B.: We remind you that booking a vacation home is equivalent to booking any other type of accommodation, so if you decide to use all three beds even though there are less than 5 people, you are kindly required to inform us and pay a supplement at the property.
