Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by lush greenery, 'Breezy Loft' is perfect for self-care. Within 3 minutes drive or 20mins walk you will find a minimart, petrol station, bakery, fast food, and a complex which houses a doctor's office, pharmacy and houseware. The space The loft is at the top of two flights of stairs. This rental is not suitable for persons with mobility concerns. ~~~Living Space~~~ - The open plan living space converts into your bedroom as soon as you pull out the sofa bed. - Clothes storage (see photos) - Rotating cabinet provides a bookshelf on one side and a full-length mirror on the other ~~~Bathroom~~~ - Powerful rain shower with handheld attachment and lower spout options - Spacious storage capacity for your toiletries - Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - Non-slip, quick dry absorbent bathmat ~~~Kitchen ~~~ - Full size fridge - Toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave - Electric counter-top stove with heat resistant stove cover protector for your safety - Full range of cutlery, dishes and cookware including wine and champagne glasses and chopsticks - Wide range of additional small appliances are on property and available for use during your stay: mini-waffle maker, 3-in-1 grill/panini/waffle iron, rice cooker, immersion blender, salad spinner and more - Expandable standing counter includes a bar segment ~~~Balcony~~~ - Cozy swinging egg chair The room has vertical blinds which you can close to block out the sun during the afternoon and the security lighting at night. Along with your loft space and balcony, you are welcome to enjoy the lawns on either side of the property. There are folding chairs to use outdoors for the duration of your stay. A portable beach chair may be reserved to be taken to the beach or on any island tour that you may take. I hope the photos provide good detail about the above but, do feel free to ask me any questions. Guest access The entire loft and its balcony are private and for your use. We’re happy to welcome daytime visitors; however, anyone remaining on the property past 11:59 pm is considered an overnight guest and must be included in the reservation. Additional guest fees apply where relevant. For security reasons, keypad access codes are strictly for registered guests only, and visitors may not remain on the property unaccompanied. You are also welcome to enjoy the lawns on either side, our enclosed area as well as the open lot next door, but please take care near the edge of the gully on that side. Other things to note Please read in full, view what amenities are offered and ask any questions to ensure you have what you need. We want you to have a 5-star experience! ~~~Amenities~~~🧴♻️ We provide essential toiletries and household items to help you settle in comfortably, while keeping sustainability in mind. A starter supply of essentials is provided which is intended to last for the duration of a short stay, up to 7 nights. For longer stays (8 nights or more), guests replenish consumable items as needed. * Bathroom essentials include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap, and a small selection of feminine sanitary products. *Kitchen items include dishwashing liquid and basic cleaning products. We encourage mindful, eco-friendly use of water, electricity, and household supplies. Supplies are not routinely restocked during the stay. Ask about complimentary recycling collection. ~~~Towels & Linens~~~ Fresh towels are thoughtfully provided throughout your stay. One full towel set per guest on arrival 5–8 night stays: an extra towel set per guest is provided for mid‑stay use Extended stays: fresh towel sets are provided every 4 days We take care of linen refreshes for you, as there is no on‑site laundry. ~~~Transportation~~~🚗 This location is at least 12 mins walk from the nearest bus-stop. Renting this unit is not recommended unless you plan to use the PickUp Barbados ('Uber' - like) ride-share platform, taxi or to rent a car. ~~~~Guest Services~~~🛎️ Your host can provide a QR code or link to a form to order beverages, food or transportation ahead of your arrival. ~~~Safety~~~⚠️ The open lot, next door/on the west side is not fenced and borders a gully. There is also a well on that lot, which is covered by a grill but presents a risk. It is highlighted with caution tape. Please exercise caution and do not stray near to the edge of the gully. While I maintain the grass on that lot to enhance the beauty of our surroundings, this is not a part of our property. Though you will not be considered trespassing and are welcome to enjoy the area, please note those areas and, if you want to stroll there, do so safely . ~~~Identification~~~🪪 Proof of ID will be required
