Nestled 2 miles up a dirt road, this furnished house offers tranquility surrounded by nature. Features include; open floor plan with a sunroom, large kitchen, dining and living spaces, laundry, two gas fireplaces, wheelchair access and stunning views of fields and Hawks Mountain. Perfect for nature lovers! Close to Okemo for ski enthusiast, or Crown Point Country Club for golfers - near by towns (Ludlow, Woodstock, Springfield) offer great restaurants, breweries, activities, tours and more. The space House features include; two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full sized bed) open floor plan with a sunroom which includes a gas fireplace and tv, large kitchen, dining and livingroom which includes a 2nd fireplace and tv, and a laundry room. Also in the warmer months; a deck and outdoor firepit for relaxing. You'll notice the property also include several out buildings - including a barn, workshop, chicken coop, potting shed and a sugar house. These buildings are not accessible to our guest however, we do welcome our guest to stop by during maple sugaring season (Feb-Apr). We are located on farm, the same 50 acres - and always available for questions or assistance to make your stay just perfect. The house also has a separate apartment that is an Airbnb. This is a separate entry around back. Usually you'll never see each other but just worth noting. Dogs: there are 5 dogs on the property (owner's house next door) - they are golden retrievers and they are out 2x a day for a walk thru the fields and the woods and up around the barns. Please always drive slowly and take caution when entering driveway. You are welcome to greet them anytime. Guest access Our guest can access anything in the house. There will be one locked closet with some of our personal belongings. You'll notice the property also include several out buildings - including a barn, workshop, chicken coop, potting shed and a sugar house. These buildings are not accessible to our guest however, we do welcome our guest to stop by during maple sugaring season (Feb-Apr). In the warmer months, there is an outdoor deck (small) for sitting and relaxing, as well as an outdoor firepit. Other things to note Parking: please park in front of the lamp post and close to the deck. There is a driveway that wraps the house to the lower apartment. Dogs: there are 5 dogs on the property (owner's house next door) - they are golden retrievers and they are out 2x a day for a walk thru the fields and the woods and up around the barns.
