The space Tucked in the small surf town of San Felipe, Zambales, our “presko” little treehouse is a calm, simple nook by the sea. THIS IS OUR HOME and we’ve lovingly filled it with things that make life slow, simple, and sweet. Wooden floors, woven windows, and a low bed set the scene for lazy mornings and golden-hour naps. The space is bright, breezy, and intentionally minimal—perfect for resting, writing, reading, or doing absolutely nothing. It’s just a few steps outside your room—great for rinsing off sandy feet after the beach. Comes with a shower, bidet, and some basic toiletries to keep things comfy. • Mini Skate Park Treehaws Liwa shares space with Good Karma Surf House, home to Liwliwa’s first and only mini skate park! Bring your board or blades and have fun on our half-to-quarter pipe setup. • Cafes & Restaurants Nearby We’re right next to BakesShop, Waves Coffee, and Sunday Liwa. Many of our kind neighbor cafés accept advance orders or offer food delivery—so you can enjoy your meals right here at Treehaws. • Lanai 1 & 2 Easily became our guests favorite spot in the Treehaws! Breezy open-air hangout spots, great for working (reliable WiFi as hosts remotely work here), journaling, or winding down with a drink. Tables and chairs provided. • Pay Parking There’s pay parking just a short walk from Treehaws—the nearest one’s right next to Mommy Phoebe’s Store. Free parking space for motorcycles just outside the unit. Feel free to message or call us for parking assistance. • Public Beach Access It’s a short 3–5 minute walk to the beach, passing through Liwa’s charming café and surf scene. Don’t forget your sunblock, towel, and favorite book—it’s easy to spend the whole day out there! Other things to note Treehaws Liwa is a humble, homey space designed for slowing down, breathing deep, and embracing simple beachside living. We’re just a 3–5 minute walk to the public beach, but as with most of Liw-liwa establishments, the local water supply isn’t perfect. We use deep well water for a steady supply, which can sometimes be stained—filtered and reliable for daily use. If you prefer mineral water for brushing or drinking, no worries, we’ve got you! You’ll also find mosquito repellents and “katol” provided. Being nestled in nature means bugs and mozzies do pass through, especially when lounging in our open-air Lanai 1&2. That said, your room is secure and sealed off—so you can rest easy! We’re all about transparency, comfort, and making your stay as breezy as the sea air outside.
