The space Vintage Wooden Cottage Dalhousie ( Rules ) Applicable For All Booking Offline / Online ( Airbnb , Bookingcom , MMT and all other booking platforms) 1. Heaters And Gas Is Not Included In The Stay , It Is Chargeable. ( Kitchen Will Be Provided But You Have To Buy Your Own Groceries , Only Utensils And Crockery Is Provided ) 2. Chekin Timing Is Flexible ( But After 8 PM To 7 Am It's Chargeable, Late Chekin Fee 500 Guests Can Self Chekin At No Extra Cost) 3. The Property Is Independent 4. If Using Kitchen , It's Your Responsibility To Clean All The Utensils After Use , If Not Washed 500 Charges For Cleaning 5. Parking Is Free And It's Private Parking 6. If You Are Bringing Taxi , Do We Don't Provide With Driver's Accomodation,They Have To Mange On Their Own. 7. Any Damages Made To Property Is Chargeable 8. All The Payment Should Be Made During The Chekin Time Only ( If Not Paid Online ) 9. Cleaning will be done before chekin and guests who needed to get extra cleaning during the stay is chargeable. 10. 2 Towels Per 4 person will be given and 2 soaps per 2 person is given for stay for 2 days . 11. Extra towels required is chargeable 12. Cleaning Charges Is 500 ( Utensils not included) 700( Including Utensils) 1000 ( bedings change and towels too) 13. Base Occupancy 4 ( Above 4 people extra person charges will Be 800 , If extra bedding is required 800 will be charges . 14. Light During Thunderstorm/Windstorm/Snowfall Is Subject To Availability. 15. We Offer Entry To Groups Also But Must Be Discussed Prior To Make Proper Arrangements ( Base Occupancy 4/6 ) 16.
