Cozy farmhouse with beautiful lake views

Cozy fully renovated farmhouse on a 63-acre farm in the rural buffer between Hillsborough and Chapel Hill. This home has beautiful old pine floors and open spaces to congregate. Enjoy stunning sunrises over the lake, ample parking, and space to explore. Drink your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the front or back porch. Stretch your legs with a stroll around the 4 acres lake. Relax. Play some cornhole. Repeat! The space On the ground floor you will enter into the open space living room with a fireplace, a super comfortable couch, and a tv. The living room opens up into the dining room with farm table and 6 chairs. Additional chairs are available to seat a total of 8 people. There are also 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on this floor. The full bathroom has a bath with shower head, a toilet and a sink. It connects to bedroom 1 with a queen bed but is also accessible from the hallway. Bedroom 2, with 3 single beds, is adjacent to the bathroom but does not have a private access to it. There is a half bathroom adjacent to the living room as well. A very functional kitchen is located adjacent to the dining room, connecting as an open space. Out of the kitchen windows, you have views over the yard and lake. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Next to the kitchen is a mud room / laundry room with washer and dryer, which gives out to the back porch that overlooks the lake. On the second floor, there are 3 more bedrooms with queen beds each as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet to be shared across guests in these 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have a build in closet. The house has a basement that is waterproofed but unfinished. The stairs to get downstairs are in the kitchen. The stairs are steep. Be careful not to hit your head when going down the stairs as the headroom is not that high! Guest access The full house is available to guests. Guests can not tamper in any way with the wifi equipment. Other things to note We have desks available if guests wanted to add a desk to any of the bedrooms, so that they could work from the property.
