KingsView Cottage, Completely renovated 2025

This beautiful cottage was completely renovated in 2025 and is in a fantastic location at the beginning of Bungalowpark Geestmerambacht. The park offers bicycle and boat rental, miniature golf and a laundromat. The cottage has a unique, unobstructed view over the West Frisian dike. The large, fenced garden has sun all day. Bicycles are allowed in the lockable shed. The cottage is centrally located close to beach, dunes, woods and nice villages. There is German and Dutch TV, free WiFi. The space KingsView Cottage is 40m2 and consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. There are 2 bedrooms with a 140*200 bed and a 160*200 bed. The beds are made for you with wonderfully comfortable washable duvets, making them fresh and hygienic. In the colder months, wonderfully warm 4-season duvets are waiting for you. There is a towel package ready for each guest. Also included is a kitchen package, and in the bathroom there is a guest towel, bath mat and extra roll of toilet paper. The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge and toaster. In the garden there is a large garden table with 4 chairs . The BBQ is at your disposal and a lounge bed is also provided. In front of the cottage, there is another cozy bistro set with comfortable chairs. There is an automatic sunshade with lighting and a separate parasol. Guest access The entire cottage is at your disposal. The location is great, 3 km from Schoorl (tourist village with the Climbing Dune and Jumbo supermarket) and the cute village of Warmenhuizen (Albert Heijn supermarket, Globe Restaurant, Het Bolletjescafé and Snackbar Bello where you can eat delicious fries). Alkmaar and Schagen are a 15-minute drive away. Nature reserve Schoorlse Duinen adjacent to the famous Hondsbossche seawall and the beaches of Camperduin are 8 km away. Other things to note The mandatory tourist tax is 2.25 p.p. per day in 2025, and you are requested to pay this in cash upon departure. Dogs are welcome, for them a small daily contribution will be requested.
