KingsView Cottage, now with a new large BBQ

This beautiful cottage was completely renovated in 2025 and is situated in a fantastic location at the entrance to Recreatiepark 't Geestmerambacht. The park offers, among other things, bicycle-boat rental, miniature golf and a laundromat. The cottage has a unique , unobstructed view over the West Frisian dike. The large, fenced garden is perfect for dogs and gets sun all day. Also, make sure to enjoy the BBQ. The cottage is centrally located close to the beach, dunes, forest and nice villages. There is German and Dutch TV, free WiFi. The space KingsView Cottage is 40m2 and consists of a living room with a beautiful gas stove, open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. There are 2 bedrooms with a 140*200 bed and a 160*200 bed. The beds are made for you with wonderfully comfortable washable duvets, making them fresh and hygienic. In the colder months, there are wonderfully warm 4-season duvets ready for you. There is a towel package ready for each guest. Included is also a kitchen package and there is also a guest towel, bath mat and extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator and toaster. In the garden there is a large garden table with 4 chairs . The large, concrete BBQ (2026) is at your disposal, and a lounge bed is also provided. In front of the cottage, there is another cozy bistro set with comfortable chairs. Bicycles are allowed in the lockable shed. There is an automatic sunshade with lighting and a separate parasol. Guest access The whole cottage is at your disposal. Upon arrival, the key will be waiting in the key box at the entrance to the property. You can enter on your own. The location is great 3 km from Schoorl (tourist village with the Klimduin and supermarket Jumbo) and the cute village of Warmenhuizen (supermarket Albert Heijn, Restaurant Globe, Het Bolletjescafé and Snackbar Bello where you can eat delicious fries). Alkmaar and Schagen are a 15-minute drive away. Nature reserve Schoorlse Duinen bordering the famous Hondsbossche sea wall and the beaches of Camperduin are 8 km away. Other things to note The mandatory tourist tax is €2.35 per person per day in 2026, and you are requested to pay this in cash upon departure. Dogs are welcome; a small daily fee of €5 will be charged for them.
