Welcome to our charming, separate apartment on the first floor of a cozy single-family home where we live with our dog on the ground floor. This special accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest on a quiet street, surrounded by beautiful nature – ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. Near us is probably the most beautiful part of the Ruhr Valley bike path with forest, meadows and waters. Well-marked hiking trails along the Ruhr, Olsberger Kneippweg with pedal pool. The space The apartment has its own character – it is not new, but everything is clean and works perfectly. The timeless decor exudes coziness and warmth, so you will immediately feel at home. In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare everything your heart and stomach desires from breakfast to dinner. We are very child-friendly. If needed, we can provide you with an extra bed or crib. We also offer children's toys and books on request to make the little ones feel comfortable. Pets are also welcome! There is a dog bed (suitable for medium-sized dogs) at your disposal. From the property, you are in a few steps directly in the forest for the walk. Please be so kind and do not leave your pet alone in the apartment when you go on a trip. Guest access Access is via the common entrance. The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. The upper apartment can be locked. Guests will receive a key for the upper apartment and the front door. Guests are very welcome to use the terrace area next to the front door. A refrigerator is available here. Smoking is allowed here. In the summer months, the pool behind the house is available to guests. The water temperature depends on the weather conditions as the water is not heated extra. The pool is freely accessible. Therefore, please pay attention to small children, pets and non-swimmers. For dogs there is a small dog pool. But you would have to ask for it. Then we'll set it up for you. Dogs are not allowed in the large pool.
