Located in Favières, this accommodation is ideal for sharing a stay with family, friends or during an event in the region. The vacation rental consists of two levels: On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table, a shared bathroom with toilet and a veranda. On the second floor: 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. WiFi, TV in each bedroom and free parking. The leisure center is only 700 m away (swimming and seasonal activities). ⸻ 🍽 Open kitchen or friendly experience You can prepare your meals independently thanks to the fully equipped kitchen. Optional and by reservation: • In autumn, winter and spring: enjoy a warm evening in our Finnish grill kota, a wood-fired Nordic hut (grill or fondue). • In summer: catering possible in the dining room or on the terrace. Breakfast with local products also available by reservation. Stay freely... and choose the experience that suits you. Guest access We personally welcome you upon arrival and remain available if needed during your stay. In case of late arrival, self check-in is possible thanks to a secure lockbox (code sent before your arrival). Other things to note The gîte is located near homes, we ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially outdoors. Parties and other events are not permitted in the listing. The above-ground pool is only accessible in July and August (depending on weather conditions) and at the following times: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. A children's play structure is installed in the garden. Children must remain under the constant supervision of parents or caregivers. The use of outdoor equipment (swimming pool and games) is the responsibility of the occupants. The bar is not accessible for self-service. Its privatization is possible only by reservation and as part of a supervised service, in accordance with the regulations in force. The kota grill is also accessible only by reservation and subject to conditions.
