In the heart of a hamlet in the municipality of Montaut, we welcome you to our gîte. Enjoy the quiet and green setting for a nice vacation with family or friends. Less than 1 hour from Toulouse, Carcassonne, our Pyrenees and 1.5 hours from the sea. The space The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. On the ground floor, you will find an open room including living room, dining room, equipped kitchen overlooking the private garden. On the first floor, you will have a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Finally, on the second floor, a spacious bedroom will welcome you with a double bed, a baby corner, as well as a toilet and a sink. In the private garden, you will have a barbecue-grill, garden furniture to enjoy your meals outdoors. For babies, a bed, changing table and high chair are available. (Travel crib upon request). Note: - Linens and towels provided. - An end-of-stay cleaning package is available at a rate of €40 for 1 week or €60 for 2 weeks. - No pets allowed. - No smoking inside the cottage. - Free WIFI.
