Whether your traveling as a couple, a family, a group of friends or your favorite hunting buddies this sprawling property will fit your needs. Enjoy the day at the lake with your private lake lot across the residential street adjacent from the front of the house, then unwind and have a BBQ in the 2 acre back yard. Feel free to end the evening playing pool, darts or other games in the basement, or watch a movie on the free WIFI. The space This house is set up perfect for a group of your favorite hunting buddies, a family get together, or a much needed quiet retreat. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a pantry with a gun rack built in. Downstairs you will find a place to not only rest your head in 2 of the bedrooms, get washed up from the day in a large walk in shower, or just kick back and watch some TV in the basement living room. ****Also there is a GAME ROOM in the basement with a pool table, foosball table, dart board, board games, and other activities.****** Outside there are 2 different play ground sets in the backyard, along with other children's toys to use. By the lake there we have a shed with various water toys such as sand toys, and a maui mat free to use. We offer free wifi, and the house is stocked with 7 smart TV's. The house sleeps 15 comfortably. The rate is for 8 guests. After 8 there is an additional charge per person. If you have over 15 people there is room on the couches, and we have air mattresses. We can discuss over 15 people if needed. Dogs are allowed in the house with a 2 dog max. There is a $30 pet fee. (hunters with more than 2 dogs contact us about allowing more dogs) Also pets are allowed in the house, however we would like them to not sleep in the beds, or the furniture. The 2 stall side of the garage is free to use to store your equipment during your stay. Also, we have tables set up for cleaning game in the garage. There is also a deep freeze available to use to hold your game for $15 for the entire stay. Guest access Before you arrive you will either receive a code, or you may chose a 4 digit code of your choosing. Both front doors have a keypad access. Your code will be deleted after your check out time. Other things to note The house is 14 miles from Aberdeen, and 16 miles from Ipswich, and minutes away from public hunting. The M station on the south side of lake has almost anything you will need in a pinch. The Wakeside, and Crossing also located at the lake are great places to unwind, and have a meal if you don't feel like cooking in the kitchen.
