Hi, We are very happy to welcome you to our charming ground floor apartment! The apartment consists of a cozy living room in baroque style (our "good room"), a fully equipped kitchen with TV and direct access to the garden, a bedroom, a bathroom and a guest toilet. The garden is completely yours and offers everything your heart desires: a hot tub for 2–3 people (only in summer), a gas grill and fire baskets. The space We want you to feel completely comfortable with us – almost like at home. The apartment was renovated with a lot of love and a sense of detail by the previous owner, and we continue this dedication. That's why we offered it as an Airbnb: so we can use it ourselves every now and then and at the same time give you the opportunity to experience it. You will notice that there are many personal things of ours here – feel free to use them. Food, drinks and everything else are also available to you. Just make yourself comfortable and treat everything as you would in your own home. If you have any questions or concerns, just get in touch with us – we live right above and are always available. We wish you a great time! Guest access You can use all areas, kitchen, living room, garden, bedroom, bathrooms. If our basement apartment is not occupied, it is possible to rent it.
