This home is a perfect getaway for adults! Enjoy a couples getaway or a girls weekend. The large porch is great for relaxing. Whether you're sipping on your morning coffee, grilling dinner, or enjoying an adult beverage, you’ll love the peacefulness. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. The space You will enter the home from the porch. There are 5 steps and a landing then another 5 steps to the porch. There is no access from the ground level. You will enter into a hallway and the master bedroom is to the right and the main living area is to the left. The kitchen and living room are an open floor plan. The kitchen has all stainless appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with all necessities for staying in and cooking or grilling a meal. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a smart tv. The master bath is large with a walk-in shower. There is also a large walk-in closet for your stay. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and smart tv. There is a dresser for your belongings. While this home only has 2 bedrooms, there is plenty of space downstairs to use the provided queen size air mattress. There is a 65 inch Smart-TV in this space. A large main bathroom is off the kitchen area and has a walk-in shower. There is no bathtub in the home. A front load washer and dryer are on the main level for your convenience. Downstairs is a workspace and seating with a 65 inch smart tv. You can access the back yard from the downstairs. The backyard has a fire pit for your use and a "she" shed to enjoy by the small pond. There are goldfish in the pond and chairs outside the shed to watch them beg you for food. There is no smoking, no pets, and no parties. No additional overnight guests without permission. We are located 4 miles from downtown Johnstown, 5 miles to Westmont, 8 miles to Richland, and 12 miles to Ebensburg. Within miles you will find: 1st Summit Arena (war memorial) Point Stadium Sunnehanna Country Club Appalachian Trails Conemaugh Hospital Incline Plane (under construction) Guest access You will have access to the entire home. You will not have access to the two-car garage. Other things to note The home does have steps to enter. There is a large driveway and ample parking. The home is not childproofed. Absolutely no pets. Absolutely no parties. No additional overnight guests without permission or there will be an addition charge. You must be over 28 to rent our home. This home is suitable for 4 guests, but I have a listing next door "Just My Smile" that hosts 6 guests. You are welcome to rent both homes when you're traveling with family and friends and you each want your own space.
