With open plan living and lots of natural light this secluded retreat is a perfect place to relax and reset. It is located close to the small village of Broadhempston. A great location to explore Totnes, Dartmoor and the beautiful south Devon coast. The space A self contained "Linhay" conversion tucked away in the south Devon countryside. There is an open plan living area including sitting room, television and dining table. It leads out through large bifold doors to a secluded patio and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The double bedroom leads off the living space and is partitioned by a wooden lattice. The large kitchen is fitted with modern appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and fridge. The whole property is heated with an air source heat pump and underfloor heating. The medium sized bathroom can be accessed via the kitchen or bedroom. It has a sink, toilet and large walk in shower. There is small cozy mezzanine room above the kitchen. To access this room you need to climb a steep staircase/ ladder (see photo). This room is very small and has a low ceiling room. It is good for sleeping but not much else. We feel this is a perfect property for a couple who will just utilise the main bedroom. The second bedroom is available but really only half a room which the restrictions listed above. Guest access This is a perfect accommodation for a couple just utilising the main bedroom. The second bedroom can be used but has considerable restrictions - it is accessed by a steep staircase/ ladder, is very small and has a low ceiling.
