Located in the village of Concorès, a small authentic village of Quercy, "Los Potonets de Léo" is a typical stone house, ideally located between the Dordogne Valley and the Lot Valley. This 140 m2 cottage on 2 levels, can accommodate 6 to 8 people and is equipped with all the comforts necessary to stay with family or friends. You access the cottage by a few stone steps leading under the bolet, a typical Lot porch, covered and shaded, very popular in summer. The space Concorès is a quiet, authentic village, ideally located between the Dordogne Valley (Périgord Noir) to the north and the Lot Valley to the south. Within a 40 km radius, you can access all the most iconic tourist sites in the region: Rocamadour, Sarlat, Padirac Abyss, La Roque Gageac, Domme, Lascaux caves, Figeac, Saint-Criq-la-Popie, Cahors... and many more, and enjoy numerous outdoor and nature activities: mountain bike trails, hiking trails, canoeing and kayaking, swimming beaches, via ferrata, caving, tennis, pétanque... LE GITE The 1st level consists of: • An open living room equipped with 2 sofas + 2 bright and crossing coffee tables, overlooking a large terrace not overlooked. Access to the terrace through a large galandage glass window. • An open dining area consisting of a solid wood extension table, seating up to 10 people. • TV / fireplace area equipped with 2 cozy sofas and coffee table. Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic). • An open kitchen equipped with a 150l freezer fridge, a small 90l fridge, a gas stove (3 gas fires + 1 electric hob + 1 electric oven), a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, several kitchen robots...etc. Washer (located in garage). Access to terrace from the kitchen through a door. • A large bedroom with a bed 140x190cm, wardrobe and freestanding mirror. • A bathroom with vanity + bathtub shower and plenty of storage. • An independent toilet. The 2nd level is entirely located under the iconic sloping roofs of the Quercy region and consists of: • An attic bedroom / mezzanine equipped with a 140x190cm bed and storage • A large attic bedroom / mezzanine equipped with a 140x190cm bed, 2 beds 90x190cm and a wardrobe. Unusual: The 2 mezzanines communicate with each other through a small wooden walkway overlooking the TV corner. Each mezzanine has independent access via a staircase. Outside: The house is set on a large semi fenced lot, consisting of grassy and forested areas, flat and steep areas. To fully enjoy the terrace, garden and hill, you have at your disposal: tables, garden chairs, charcoal barbecue, umbrella, sun loungers, hammocks. You have a private closed parking for 2-3 vehicles in the courtyard. There is also the possibility of parking in the village (a small space a few meters below the vacation rental). Other things to note A security deposit of €800 will be required. The cleaning service is offered as an option for €90. A security deposit will be required upon arrival and will be returned to you upon departure if you take care of the cleaning.
