Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Two 40-square-meter cabins with a private balcony, located in a 73-hectare Ecological Nature Reserve with access only for owners and guests. The cabins DO NOT HAVE A KITCHEN: it is forbidden to make a fire on the property, except in the grill area. Land facing the Arroyo, with its own dock. Native flora and fauna at your fingertips. Birdwatching. Hiking, kayaking and swimming in the river and pool. Great for couples The space Cabins in a natural and rugged environment with trails within the Reserve, without access by people outside the Reserve, which transport us to unimaginable places! Two of the four walls have French doors, which ensures integration into the native riparian forest. The bed is queen size, and we have blackout curtains on all openings. Located in the heart of the Paraná River Delta, between the Tres Sargentos and Malvinas streams, the subdivision designates the interior of the island as a flora and fauna reserve: a large area of wetlands and grasslands common to all the lots, which can be traversed by means of aerobic embankment trails, pedestrian bridges and elevated walkways. The natural flood cycle has not been dried or altered to maintain the island's original landscape. Since the pandemic, we strongly ask that you bring bedding and bath linens to take care of each other. Every morning, after the overnight stay, from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m., a Gourmet breakfast is served with infusions of choice, spreads and seasonal fruits, toast (vegan, vegetarian, celiac diets, etc. are contemplated). As it is a nature reserve, it is forbidden to make any kind of fire (the cabins DO NOT HAVE A KITCHEN): however, there is a specific place in the quincho/pool area with two large grills that can be used freely. In addition, in the evenings, you can additionally hire a sealed wood-fired dinner service offered by the hosts. We offer refrigeration service for food and/or beverages provided by guests. We remind you that the water throughout the Delta is NOT POTABLE: we have a clarification service to be used in the bathrooms. For greater comfort, we provide drinking water in drums. In the event of any inconvenience with the energy provider, we have a generator and also solar panels, which power lights in all rooms. Guest access The trails of this 73-hectare nature reserve are shared with the other 6 condomminos. Dos Rios: A nautical eco-country located in the first island section of the Paraná River Delta. THE WATER OF THE POOL OF COMMON USE ALSO, LOCATED IN THE VERY CENTER OF THE NATIVE WETLAND, ALMOST VIRGEN AT THE MERCY OF NATURE, CAN BE AFFECTED ITS TRANSPARENCY AFTER RAINS, STORMS, WINDS, ETC. WHAT DOES NOT PREVENT NORMAL USE. ACCORDING TO THE TIME OF YEAR, when filled with pre-treated river water, ITS COLOR MAY VARY FROM SHADES OF GREEN TO BROWN.
