The space Welcome to your vacation haven – a place of charm and tranquility. Your accommodation is divided into two delightful areas: the main house and a separate guesthouse. In the main house, the ground floor welcomes you with a cozy kitchen featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, and all essential kitchen appliances. Functionality meets warmth here, creating a homely atmosphere. A special treat awaits you: our staff will, when available, bring you fresh avocados from our own trees. The dining area is seamlessly integrated into the kitchen space. Also on the ground floor is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, where an additional crib or small bed can be arranged upon request. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet. On the upper floor, an open-plan living room unfolds, complete with a couch and rocking chairs. Here, you can relax while gazing into the distance and enjoy mesmerizing sunsets in the evening. The guesthouse, with its enchanting rooftop terrace, features a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. This serene space invites you to unwind and start your day with breathtaking sunrise views from the terrace. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and kitchen ensure a refreshing breeze throughout. Step outside into your personal paradise. Start your morning with breakfast on the terrace above the garage or savor a delightful barbecue under the open sky. Nearby, a charming treehouse awaits, where you can discover the traditional Dominican domino game for a touch of local culture. By the pool, you’ll find sun loungers and an outdoor shower – a perfect spot for soaking up the sun or simply relaxing. The pool area and rooftop terrace offer stunning vistas that will stay with you forever. For additional comfort, a covered seating area near the courtyard provides a cozy space for evening gatherings or quiet moments in the shade. Guest access During your stay, the entire area is available for your use. Please note that fenced-off areas are marked as private and should not be entered. We would also like to point out that Mr. Sanchez’s apartment is private and not accessible. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your stay! Other things to note Driveway: Our private driveway includes very steep sections and is only suitable for experienced drivers. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is absolutely necessary to safely navigate the driveway. The driveway is adventurous, but the spectacular views more than make up for the challenge! Use of the driveway is at your own risk, and we accept no liability for any damage. We recommend driving up only if you are a confident and adventurous driver. Alternatively, we are happy to offer you a pick-up service. Please let us know if you need assistance. Electricity Supply: Our house is equipped with a solar PV system and is also connected to the country's main power grid. Since electricity is rarely available 24 hours continuously, we have batteries to store power. However, in case of extended outages, there may be short-term interruptions or a need to switch the power source. Mr. Sanchez will handle this promptly. Water: Please note that tap water is not potable! We provide water gallons for your entire stay. Please use this water for brushing your teeth, cooking, and washing food. Toilet Use: Please use only 1-2 sheets of toilet paper to avoid blockages. Dispose of any additional paper in the waste bin. The water pump is turned on daily or as needed by our staff. Our staff member will be happy to show you how it works and assist you with any questions. The water pump is located in the main house under the stairs.
