The space The space- limited to 2 dogs. No cats. Outdoor: private small boat launch, large gravel driveway for up to 6 cars, keyless entry, outdoor lights with motion sensor, furnished patio, gas grill, fire pit, bench seat by the water, two bicycles available upon request. LIVING ROOM: Cozy open-concept living room with beautiful lake views, TV/internet, non-burning fireplace, 4 seats with an additional 4 poufs that serve as seats, two bar area seats. The couch is also a brand new sleeper sofa with a queen mattress. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking essentials, countertop bar with stools, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, wine/cocktail glasses, towels BEDROOMS: 2 cozy bedrooms both with queen beds, brand new wall mounted smart TVs, washer/dryer (2 detergent pods provided), iron and attached private bathrooms. BATH: 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, rain shower head (well water and septic), linens, soaps, and hairdryer GENERAL: Free StarLink WiFi, central heat/air conditioning, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, towels/linens. Other things to note The lake house sits on a 1-acre flat lot with a large waterfront yard. 15-20mins off I-81. We have lots of wildlife including deer, geese, turkey. The well water does get murky with heavy rain, but quickly clears up. The house is raised off the ground so the stairs are required for access into the home.
