The living room: We have a low lying mattress seating with high seating opposite it along with a center table with board games available. The room is well ventilated and gets ample sunlight throughout the day. Has a fan to beat the heat and Wi-Fi. The bedroom: It has a queen bed with foam mattress and pillows with head rest along with a bed side table. A cupboard for storage. Study table to work from home. Tv with Tata sky connection (to be added soon) Wi-Fi with 50 mbps speed is available The kitchen: It has an induction cooktop for environmental reasons along with induction compatible pots and pans. It has a Microwave for cooking and heating food along with a Fridge for storage, toaster, blender and kettle. There are basic cutleries available for your use. Wash basin for doing the dishes is also available in the same space. An extra table is also provided to store items along with cleaning products. We have a maid who will come daily for mopping the floor and doing the dishes (unless she falls sick) Her usual timing is between 3-5pm. The washroom: The bathing and bidet areas are separate from each other. Right now we have an Indian toilet (to be upgraded soon) The shower area has storage available along with hot water facilities 24/7. Common washrooms basin area with mirror, soap and toothpaste made available for guests. Patio/Balcony: The balcony is attached to the living room with bean bags and sun loungers to chill. The plants to be watered often cos we care about them. The utility area: The utility area is in the kitchen space with a washing machine and easy dry hanging on the top. The passage to the apartment: Two lifts are available from the ground level to reach the apartment. Parking: We have free uncovered parking to the side of the building to be used by guests. Access to the society: You will need an entry pass to the society which will be provided before your check-in date. It is a 24/7 secured society with common spaces lit up at all times making sure you feel safe and at home. We additional have a home kitchen for Assamese styled food in case you wish to try it. Available for all meals of the day. Details in the photos. Guest access Guests will be able to access all areas inside the apartment. The living room, patio, bedroom, kitchen, washroom. Other things to note Neighbours: They are all families with young kids who might want to peep into your apartment if main door is left unattended/opened. Ideal to keep to oneself and not smoke at all. Neighbourhood: Shopping complex - Destination Center 1 about 500 meters walking distance from the security gate. Pharmacy, Vegetable shops, Dmart, Doctors, Salons are also available here. Swiggy/Zomato/Ola/Uber/Blinkit/Zepto/BigBasket/Amazon/Flipkart - Everything gets delivered here. EV two and four wheeler charging is available in the same complex. Ask the security guards to guide you there. There are gyms around the area too in case you wish to access it from time to time. Nanded City Hospital is around 1 kms away in case of emergencies. After 11pm deliveries have to be picked up from the security gate. There is a movie theatre about 3-4 kms from the property called Abhiruchi PVR. This property is at the end of Sinhagad Road in a township called Nanded City. Please check the location before placing a booking. House rules: Please keep the property like your own home. Quiet hours: 10pm to 6am NO SMOKING 🚭 No visitors (strictly) No parties No photoshoots Please leave the garbage outside the door before 9:30am for housekeeping to collect it. Be kind to the plants. Water them if you can. Allow the maid to clean the place daily.
