Located just a 3-minute drive from the beach and 1 minute from the vibrant dining area of La Mata, this place is perfect for an unforgettable vacation. The atmosphere is familiar and quiet, ideal for disconnecting and spending quality time. It has 2 bedrooms - one with a king size bed and another with a double bed - equipped with air conditioning. In addition, there is a double sofa bed in the living room, and an inflatable mattress can be installed right there in the living room to accommodate more people if required. The full bathroom has everything you need for your stay. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with cable included, and you can access Netflix by entering your account. In addition, you will enjoy high-speed WiFi internet, ideal if you need to stay connected. In the kitchen you will find dishes, pans, a refrigerator and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. If you like to spend time outdoors, the patio has two palapas, a garden, and furniture available (chairs, tables and barbecue) to organize small gatherings. For your convenience, there is secure private parking for one car, with the possibility of including two vehicles subject to availability. We also have a laundry room to clean clothes or remove sand after a day at the beach. If you travel with your pets, they are welcome as long as they are small or medium in size (with extra cost). They can stay in the living room, but please bring their bed for comfort. As hosts, we're committed to making sure you have an exceptional experience. If you need recommendations for places to visit, restaurants or activities in Tuxpan, don't hesitate to ask us. House Rules: - Check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm. - Moderate alcohol consumption. - Music and noise allowed until 11:00 pm on weekdays and until 12:00 pm on weekends. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but we have a large outdoor area where you can smoke without any inconvenience.
