Welcome to Loch Nez A private lakefront home located on upper Silver Lake is a true getaway! This vacation rental offers its own private sandy beach in Arrowhead Bay and includes its own private dock! Wonderful fishing right off the dock and throughout the lake. Silver Lake is a private all-sports lake. Guest can bring their own power boat or jet-skis and use the lake during their stay (Lake Rules and hours apply). There is a paddle boat and two kayaks at the property for guests to enjoy. The space INSIDE THE HOME This fully remodeled A-frame home comfortably sleeps 8 across three bedrooms. On the main floor, the first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a full bed plus two twin beds. Upstairs, the entire loft serves as the third bedroom with a king bed, separated from the loft area by a sliding barn door with frosted glass that softly filters light. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen and an open living space, creating a bright and inviting area for cooking, dining, and relaxing with family or friends. The open design keeps everyone connected while enjoying the cozy, modern charm of this A-frame retreat. (Please note, there is a sliding barn door closing off the sleeping area from the loft area with frosted glass, but it is light filtering.) There is also an in-ground firepit near the beach area! This home does have a dock the puts you in Upper Silver Lake. This is not a pet-friendly property. Silver Lake is located in Mears, Michigan, and offers shorelines along Lake Michigan and Silver Lake. While vacationing here you won't want to miss out on the experiences that the massive Silver Lake Sand Dunes have to offer. Rent a jeep of your own or head over to Mac Wood's Dune Rides for an adventurous ride on the sand dunes. Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail which will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. Pentwater is the epitome of small-town charm with its shops, food, and ice cream. Don't forget to grab breakfast at Cherry Point, where they offer homemade donuts and treats daily. For dinner, spend an evening at Golden Sands, a small, family-owned restaurant and golf course that will leave a lasting impression.
