Milky Way - Mountain View Apartment

South-facing accommodation, located in the beautiful Pyrenean mountains at the foot of the Mourtis resort. The accommodation and its balcony offer you a splendid view. You can relax in this beautiful relaxing nature. Summer and winter offer multiple activities such as skiing, hiking, canyoning, snowshoeing or even dog sledding. The region and surrounding towns are rich in heritage (caves, medieval towns...) 30 minutes from Spain. The space Nice 22 m² apartment, freshly renovated, located on the first floor of a small residence for 4 people. 11 min walk and 1 min drive to the chairlifts. It has a south-facing balcony and living room. There is a 2-seater sofa bed, an equipped kitchen (induction stove, coffee maker, toaster...). It is also composed of a corridor that leads to a sleeping area with a 140 x 190 bed; a toilet; and a bathroom (clawfoot bathtub). You will find a big closet at the entrance to store your belongings. Located at an altitude of 1400 m, the accommodation is not equipped with Wi-Fi but you will pick up the 4G network. It offers a splendid view of the Mountains and don't forget to look up in the evening to admire the stars ✨💙 Here are a few small rules: 2 duvets, 4 pillows and blankets are at your disposal. The rest is not provided. ⚠️ YOU MUST BRING: - SHEETS, - DUVET COVERS, - PILLOW COVERS, - BATH TOWELS, - TEA TOWELS, - TOILET PAPER - SHOWER PRODUCTS!! ⚠️🧹✨ Cleaning is not included in the price of the accommodation and will not be done after you by a third party so please make sure to leave the apartment CLEAN and TIDY for the tenants who will follow (Precise instructions are indicated in a binder in the accommodation and will be sent to you by text message). Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided for the same reasons, so make sure you have the essentials before you arrive. ⚠️🫶 Please respect the other occupants of the residence by following the rules of courtesy and living together (Limit noise between 10pm and 7am). Pay particular attention to late arrivals or early morning departures. ⚠️🐶 In order to respect the possible allergies of the following occupants we DO NOT ACCEPT PETS in the accommodation. Guest access Ski 🏂 locker no. 7 available in the entrance hall. No ski boots allowed in the accommodation! 🅿️🚗 All the spaces in front of the residence are accessible and not assigned. They are to be shared with the other residents of the building. ⚠️ Stop before the ground floor terrace area. 🔑 Check-in and checkout are completely autonomous through a key box (see check-in instructions). Other things to note ⚠️ As cleaning is not carried out by a third party, it must be done before your departure. Instructions will be sent by text message, are indicated in the departure procedure and are also available on site. ☕ The coffee maker is a filter coffee maker.
