Duntrune Beach House

Duntrune Beach House is situated in the secure Bosbokduin Private Nature Reserve overlooking the ocean. A short stroll down the dune takes you to the water's edge where the age-old fish trap pools create perfect swimming spots and the beach stretches as far as your eye can see. There are wonderful walking trails. We are also situated right next to the nine-hole golf course which provides panoramic views from virtually every tee. We are situated 2km from the town centre. The space The kitchen is well equipped with a large Smeg gas stove with an electric oven, free-standing fridge, deep freeze, and dishwasher. A separate well-equipped laundry is available for guests to use. The house comprises 4 bedrooms and a large loft/ tv area with 3 single beds. 3 of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and 1 with 3 single beds and have beautiful views of the fynbos or ocean. The main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with the other bathrooms shared. The lounge on the first floor is equipped with a TV, and DSTV is available on request. The ground-floor living area has a cosy fireplace and dining area and enjoys a view of the ocean. The large indoor braai adds a new dimension to this already well-equipped home and is a great space for Winter. In addition, we have 2 outside braai areas, one sea-facing and the other tucked away out the prevailing wind for your convenience. A short stroll away is Skulpiesbaai Beach which is ideal for swimming, fishing, surfing, and snorkelling. Activities in the area include golf, fishing, diving, surfing, bird watching, kayaking, whale & dolphin watching, mountain biking, and trail running.
