The house is equipped with an environmentally friendly leisure toilet (Separett villa) with associated so-called Roslagskompost. Shower/Toilet/Laundry The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. The toilet is a modern and environmentally friendly leisure toilet of the model Separett Villa. In the adjacent space next to the bathroom, there is plenty of room for storage and a washing machine Sunroom Glazed conservatory with large dining table that accommodates 8-9 people The back of the house has a nice stone patio with comfortable seating. Here you have sun from early morning to afternoon. On the backside of the house there is also the newly-built sauna that accommodates 4 people and a cooling shower is available in the outdoor shower that faces the forest. There is a big trampoline and various toys for the whole family as well as 2 children's bicycles At the front of the house, you have a view of meadows and lake as well as the nice sloping plot and greenhouse Towards the facade of the house is a paved patio with sun beds where you can enjoy the evening sun Other things to note For longer stays (more than a week), emptying and handling of the leisure toilet is required, which guests are responsible for.
