Cute little house in the town

Relax at this unique and cute little house. Situated in the town yet still in a peaceful location with lovely views from the garden. A very short walk to all the local amenities including a bakery, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. There is also clog museum situated next door if you want to make your own wooden shoes. Turn left out the house and you are on a nice country walk. The lake is a short walk away with childrens park and fishing. Parking next to the house in front of the mini golf. The space Parking for the house is located to the left of the house in front of the minigolf. If parking there is full there is ample parking around the church which is a very short walk away. The downstairs is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. In the kitchen there is a microwave, electric cooker, electric oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and air fryer. There is also a large fridge freezer. The dining table seats four people. In the living area there is a two seater sofa and and armchair. There is a TV and log burner for heating. We have super fast WiFi available at the house so you can binge your favourite netflix shows or get some work done. There ISN'T a downstairs toilet. Downstairs there is also a door which is the access to the garden and to the wooden shed that has the washing machine and dryer in. The wood store is also located outside in the garden. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, hanging rail and drawers. BEWARE this cute and rustic house has some low doorways and wooden beams so please watch your head. There is a bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. Both the bedroom and bathroom have blackout blinds. Connected to the bathroom is a small room with single bed for a child. The window in this room has two child locks for safety reasons so does not open. The house is in a great location and is 50 minutes drive to Mont Saint Michel. 1 hour 15 drive to St Malo. 1 hour drive to Rennes Guest access Guests can use all of the house. The washer and dryer are located outside in the garden in the wooden building.
