4 person holiday home in LÖDDEKÖPINGE The space In the middle of the old cottage and villa idyll at Sandskogen between Löddeköpinge and Barsebäckshamn lies this fresh and modernly renovated cottage. Despite the fact that you only took off from the E6 between Lund and Landskrona for a few minutes, you are struck by the tranquility and the chirping of birds from the surrounding forest of pine trees. The cottage is located on the plot next to / in front of the owner's house, with its own wooden deck to round off the evening's barbecue dinner and sunset from. Beautiful shrubs and plants adorn the outside of the cottage. Youth groups are not allowed to rent this house! The cottage is modernly renovated and furnished with 2 comfortable design beds, a small dining area and kitchen with small wood burning stove, stove, oven, microwave and fridge / freezer and space for a couple of bar stools. A sofa bed works both during the day as a seating area and is easily converted into two single beds. In the small solarium stove there is another single bed and the modern toilet with WC and shower. From here you can cycle or walk to the electric light trail in Sandskogen's outdoor area in a couple of minutes or to nearby Lödde Å for fishing or canoeing. You can cycle the 5 kilometers down to Barsebäckshamn by the sea for a dip or a fish lunch at the local harbor restaurant. There is also a nice shallow sandy beach, lawns, bathing jetty next to Barsebäcks Camping area. A stone's throw away, one of Southern Sweden's foremost golf courses extends with 36 holes, Barsebäcks Golf & Country Club. If you want to explore the local area in western Skåne, there are Bjärred's and Lomma's long dunes that invite you to wonderful bathing days, the cultural city of Lund and Malmö a few more miles south. To the north is Järavallens Strövområde with beautiful beech forests, sheep pastures and nice barbecue areas by the Saxtorp lakes. The shopping center Centrum Syd with a large selection of shops, grocery stores and restaurants is at a convenient distance only a few minutes from the cottage. The cottage is located on a quiet street with little traffic between the second summer - and year-round house and 10 m from the owner's home, which is not always in place. However, as a tenant you can not use the owner's pavilion, outdoor kitchen and spa pool. GOOD TO KNOW: Power is only included up to SEK 500, if it exceeds SEK 500 the owner will charge extra.
